The BC Centre for Long COVID, ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia (BC-CLMF) commissioned renowned consulting firm MNP to do a study on the social return on investment (SROI) of the clinic's virtual care model, with a particular focus on the clinic's impact on patients and the healthcare system overall. The results clearly demonstrate that their multidisciplinary virtual care model is extremely effective, improving patients' conditions at a level that is globally unheard of. We have provided four documents detailing the results below (note: mobile users will see these documents in order):
First row (L-R): Executive Summary (8 pages); Full Report (58 pages)
Second row (L-R): Summary Sheet (1 page); Summary Slides (3 pages)
Click the arrow at the top right corner of each document to open it in a new tab (desktop).
Note: MNP has previously done reports and analyses for the Ministry of Health and Doctors of BC, among others.
